Hockey

The Lilydale Rats Inline Hockey Club was founded in 2001 by a group of local inline skaters who love to play hockey. The Lilydale Rats have mixed junior and senior teams playing against other clubs in association with Skate Victoria and is committed to the development of new hockey players of all ages. As a family-oriented club, we often have the children playing in the junior teams and their parents playing in the senior teams. Over the years, Lilydale Rats players have gone on to represent the club at State, National and international level. The club runs training sessions on Tuesday nights (except for school and public holidays) and runs home league competitions on Thursday nights. To contact us, simply email to lilydalerats@gmail.com or visit us at the rink.

Development
Development training is open to junior and senior players who are new to playing inline hockey. Training sessions are held at the rink on Tuesday nights (except for school and public holidays). Send Email to lilydalerats@gmail.com to get the latest information from our mailing list.

Home League
Home League is our in-house competition. Matches are held at the rink on Thursday nights (except for school and public holidays). Seasons are short and teams are mixed-and-matched to create a balanced competition. There are no prizes here; we play for fun and fitness!
